Cruella Pigment - Matte Black

Cruella is a matte black pigment. She can be mixed with any colour to make a lighter version. She can also be applied into tacky layers to create a stunning, effortless baby boomer (aka French ombré).

TIP: Apply over Velvet Top for a seamless fade.
